About
Estate Planning for families in Eugene and across Lane County, Oregon.
Most families don’t plan, or keep their planning current, because it never feels urgent. When the unexpected happens, they’re caught off guard.
Planning shapes what happens next. Without planning, outcomes can shape your family. When death or incapacity come calling, the people closest to you carry what remains.
I went to law school because I wanted to help real people solve real problems. I realized early in my career I wasn’t drawn to courtroom battles and years of litigation. I was much more drawn to taking a preemptive approach to people, assets, and how they’re protected.
I worked inside organizations in legal and contracts roles, handling financial decisions, managing intellectual property assets, and working through layers of process and approval. Over time, I realized I valued working directly with people, without the bureaucracy that often seperates them from what matters most.
That experience shapes how I approach estate planning today. I take time to think things through with you, focus on what matters most, and create something your family can understand and follow over time.
Plans matter most when they’re needed, not when they’re signed. A plan shoud be something your family can follow when you’re no longer there to turn to, so they aren’t left with confusion, conflict, or the burden of navigating court on their own, and know where to turn for guidance.
The goal isn’t just wills and trusts. It’s clarity, so the people you love aren’t left guessing when they need to act or know who to turn to.
We work with families throughout Eugene, Springfield, and Lane County. When you’re ready, let’s start with a conversation.
